Stay at Home Blessings 4th Year Blogging Giveaway

This is a sticky post until January 15, 2012

Thanks to all who have already submitted their entries to the Stay at Home Blessings Adgitize Ad Giveaway. But there will be some changes with regards to the giveaway. I have received an unexpected news today that Adgitize will close down come January 2012. So, in view of this, I would like to announce that instead of the 1 one-month Adgitize ad, I would now giveaway

1-year dot com domain name and 1-month 125 x 125 banner ad on this blog

There will be 2 winners now instead of one.

The same mechanics will be followed as before. May I just request those who have already made their entries (sir rob, chrisair, jackie, redamethyst and Aliz) to change the text included in the post and giveaway end date as seen below. Then, please add your link again to the inlinkz below after making the changes. You now have 2 entries each in the giveaway. The new end date of this giveaway will be on January 15, 2012.

For the mechanics and the forms

The mechanics of the giveaway is really easy. To be eligible to win takes only 4 steps.

If you have no experience yet about earning from home, you can write about what you think are viable ways of earning from home. (Note: Posts are not limited to earning online only as long as it is from home) At the beginning or ending of your post include this text

"This is my entry to Stay at Home Blessings Adgitize 4th Year Blogging Giveaway. Join and win one year domain name and one-month advertising."

(Be sure to keep the text "Stay at Home Blessings 4th Year Blogging Giveaway" linked to http://www.stayathomeblessings.com.)

Also, add this blog's badge in your post (copy code found on the sidebar).

2. Join Stay at Home Blessings Google Friend Connect. (See the blog's sidebar).

4. After doing steps 1-3, fill up the form below, add your link to inlinkz and leave a comment on this post.

Each person who completes all 4 steps will get 1 entry. I will check if all participants did the tasks and will delete from inlinkz their name if they do not comply. Winners will be chosen randomly via inlinkz. (Yes, it is possible to choose a winner via inlinkz and they get to notify the winners too.)

This giveaway will run from December 16-January 15, 2011. Winners will be notified on the third week of January 2012. I hope you will all join this really easy giveaway.

  16. Hi! Did it already register? How strange that it didn't the first time, because the field dropped down and gave the URL as soon as I typed h for http, same way it did for the other fields, so I must have filled it out the first time. Anyway, thanks for letting me know! :)

What's the Best Shampoo For Getting Rid of Head Lice?

When my family was staying in the Middle East, my daughters had no problems with head lice or “kuto.” A head louse (lice, plural) is a six-legged parasite that feeds on blood in the human head. Lice do not jump or fly, but crawl only. They do not carry any disease, but they suck blood and cause itchiness. Here’s a photo showing the life cycle of head lice.

When we came back to the Philipines, I was taken by surprise one day when I saw my daughters

Which Brand of Electric Fan Do You Recommend?

It’s really hot now and it’s so untimely that one of our fans gave up on us. We only have 2 working.  Actually, since we came here in the Philippines 2 years ago, we’ve already bought 6 fans and I’m not satisfied with how they worked for only a short time.

We bought 2 Standard industrial stand fans, one broke in less than a year while the other one is still working. We bought 1 Union desk fan and this one lasted 2 years. Then, we bought 1 Dowell stand fan because of a sale but then it was defective within one month. We brought it to their service center, they got it fixed but then the entire head (with the fan blade) of the fan flew off (nasira ang hinang).

My PureIt Excella Water Purifier Review

Last December, we bought a PureIt Excella water purifier at SM Megamall. After almost 7 months of using it, I can say that it was a good decision.

Why Buy a Water Purifier?
CONVENIENCE.

That is the primary reason I wanted to buy a water purifier. With a portable water purifier at home, I don’t have to ask my husband or my sons to buy mineral or filtered water at nearby water vendors. I know there are free home delivery services, but I think having our own water filter is still the most convenient. No calling. No waiting. No hassle.

The only question is which brand of water purifier should we buy? It’s a good thing we discovered …
